3tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespoonsmoked paprika
1.5teaspoonsgranulated garlic
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonground mustard
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoongranulated onion
1teaspoonthyme
2tsbp olive oil
6thin pork chops
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 °F degrees.
Use a fork to combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, black pepper, ground mustard, salt, granulated onion, and thyme together in a small bowl.
Drizzle both sides of the pork chops with the olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of the pork chops. Rub the chops to make sure they're completely coated.
Arrange the pork chops in the air fryer, ensuring that there is space for air to circulate around all of them. They cook quickly, so if you need to do more than one batch to avoid overcrowding the air fryer, please do that!
Air fry at 400℉ for 5 minutes, flip, and cook 4-5 minutes more or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 °F degrees.
