Creamy, rich, blender made spiced hot chocolate is made with just two main ingredients: good chocolate and milk. It has just a hint of warming cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne and is as easy as the powdered packets but worlds better.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your high powdered blender, fix the lid firmly in place, and blend on the soup or high setting for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until steam comes from the vent of the blender lid.
Divide between four mugs. If desired, top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
