Easy Bleu Cheese Dip or Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 handful fresh chives about 1/4 to 1/3 cup when chopped, finely chopped
  • the juice of half of a fresh lemon
  • 1 small garlic clove peeled and minced or pressed through a garlic press
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until evenly distributed. For best results, tightly cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
