Jerk Bacon Caesar Salad

Per Serving:

  • 8 to 10 whole romaine leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Thick Caesar Dressing or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup [url undefined]Torn Croutons[/url] or purchased Caesar croutons
  • 2 to 3 slices Jerk Bacon
  • 6 to 8 curls of shaved Parmesan cheese


  • Toss the whole romaine leaves with the Caesar dressing, using your hands to work the dressing into all the crevices of the leaves. Toss in the croutons. Arrange on plates, break the Jerk Bacon into bite sized pieces and scatter over the top. Finish with the curls of Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
