Combine all the ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place the pan over medium-high heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, add a lid, and let cool to room temperature completely. When the syrup is cool, pour into a clean jar with the vanilla beans and fix a lid tightly in place. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
To Make Homemade Cream Soda:
Fill a glass with ice and pour 2 tablespoons of the Mega Vanilla Syrup over it. Pour in sparkling water, stir gently with a chopstick or butter knife and sip to taste it. If you'd like it sweeter, add more Mega Vanilla Syrup a little at a time, stirring after each addition, until it reaches the sweetness you prefer.
