Happy Spring!!!! This is the week! Can you believe it? Maybe it’s a function of getting older, but I’m always surprised when these markers of the year passing sneak up on me. I’m sitting here feeling very much like it was just October last week and experiencing seasonal confusion. Have you ever sat there in these transitional times and wondered -even if just briefly- whether we’re heading into or out of winter? Is that just me? I’m excited to be looking at a wider variety of fresh fruits and vegetables available locally soon, and thrilled to have longer daylight hours although I’m still trying to bounce back from the theft of my hour of sleep last week. Thanks A LOT 1918 farmers and Daylight Savings Time. Thank goodness we have our awesome Easy Meal Plan to take the guesswork out of meal planning while I walk around like a sleep deprived, seasonally confused zombie.
