It’s definitely easy to halve. And 1.5 Tablespoons sounds odd, but it doesn’t sound so bad when you think of it as 1 Tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons…

For the master bread dough recipe, can you half that easily? 1.5 tbsps sounds weird.

Question. Would an 8 quart container be large enough to hold the dough, or should I go smaller, like a half or 2/3 batch?
