Amy- Oikos and Fage are both good, but I do prefer Fage. I get it by the case through the health food co-op.

Krysta- I dip, therefore I am. (We love it, too.) I hope you all enjoy this.

Kathryn- I do. Shall I share?

Peggy- I live to serve :-) Make extra so you can eat it at home before everyone double dips (*runs screaming from potluck!*)

Melissa- Shucks. You know how to make me blush. The spanakopita dip is on its lovely way!

That entire first paragraph should be the envy of all of us. Wonderful writing.

Greek yogurt surely makes a wonderful substitution to mayonnaise or sour cream. But you know I am just dying to see the spanakopita dip!!

Yeah! I had just decided to bring a veggie tray to tomorrow's potluck (still unpacking not much cooking yet) felt a little guilty but now with this dip I can dress up my tray. Thanks Becca!

Do you have a recipe for "Buttermilk cornbread stuffing redolent with sage, cranberries, and pecans?" That sounds absolutely amazing!

R - I've only tried Oikos because of the free coupons, but seems like a lot of people like Fage. Do you have a preference?

And for the record, I find dip VERY exciting. No need for utensils, you can put it on crackers or veggies, and you can make it ahead of time. Yeehaw!
