		<description>Update from the test kitchen.  I tried this last night.  It was very good.  Next time I make it, and there will be a next time,  I think I&#039;ll swap out the sweet pickle relish for dill pickle relish.  I&#039;m crazy like that.  Actually, I&#039;m a dill pickle fan and not so much a sweet pickle fan.  It&#039;s still very, very good, but I think I&#039;d prefer it the other way!</description>
