I tried this last night. It was very good. Next time I make it, and there will be a next time, I think I'll swap out the sweet pickle relish for dill pickle relish. I'm crazy like that. Actually, I'm a dill pickle fan and not so much a sweet pickle fan. It's still very, very good, but I think I'd prefer it the other way! Update from the test kitchen. I tried this last night.
