These are amazing! Most people can't even guess that they're loaded with healthy ingredients! I used dark cocoa powder rather than "regular" to make them even more chocolatey. Thanks to you and this recipe, the rest of this heatwave looks more manageable. :-)

Great recipe as is, but I needed it with less sugar and fat.

Original Recipe:
4 - ½ cup servings
330 calories,36.36g carb, 28.5g sugar, 20g fat, 3.81g protein

I changed it thus: 1 whole avacado, Lite Coconut Milk, 5 TBS Coco Powder, 3-4 drops liguid stevia It still seemed to have the same texture and thickness once chilled

Modified Recipe:
5 - ½ cup servings
195 calories, 21.5g carb, 13.36g sugar, 13g fat, 3.66g protein

Love your idea of the dual purpose 'ice packs' of this for your picnic. I've only just started to experiment with the avocado/chocolate combo for smoothies and desserts-- it really works, doesn't it? I'll bet you are going to be using that blender every day-- our Vitamix gets used multiple times a day. Smoothies, sauces, dressings, soups, all kinds of stuff.
